Hispamoldes was founded in 1984 and opened its first centre for the design and manufacture of injection moulds in 1988. Later, in 2002, it moved to a new plant in the Parque Tecnológico de Galicia in Ourense. Our production model is based on a circuit that begins with the reception of data and ends with the final product, using leading technology systems, in addition to taking advantage of the resources our location provides.
The most efficient CAD/CAM systems (Catia, Ungraphics, Tebis, etc.), in combination with an in-house library of standardised and parameterised components, are used for the comprehensive development of the 3D mould design. This work system enables us to advance in machining and simulation procedures and provides us with maximum reliability and productivity.
A design based on standardisation and parameterisation under 3D assembly is the perfect starting point to achieve our reliability and productivity goals in the manufacturing process.
The state-of-the-art CAM tools and the integration of machining technologies, such as 3 + 2, 2.5 half axes, automatic tool change or advanced simulation, enable process optimisation.
We specialise in the design and manufacture of all types of injection moulds (standard, rotary, dual-material, injection on fabric, sandwich, etc.), with large and complex designs and production methods, providing our experience and tailor-made solutions.
Our goal is to be the first choice of our customers for the management of injection mold manufacturing projects and achieve the maximum satisfaction of our customers, trying to anticipate and give solutions to their needs.
We work closely with the other subsidiaries of the Hispamoldes Group, creating alliances with our suppliers, promoting innovation and supporting the human potential of the organisation.
